The Organization, Information, and Learning Sciences (OILS) program offes a unique perspectivce on learning sciences by concentrating on the convergence of organizational development, and instructional design and technology. The program focuses on learning at the individual, group, and organizational levels. The OILS program offers a Master of Arts (MA) dergee that gives students the opportunity to combine aspects of adult learning, organizational learning and development, learning sciences and instructional technologies including multimedia design and online learning.
