The Organization, Information and Learning Sciences (OILS) program offers a unique perspective on learning sciences by concentrating on the convergence of organizational development, and instructional design and technology. The program focuses on learning at the individual, group, and organizational levels. Students can earn a B.S. in Intructional Technology and Training with the 2+2 Transfer Program. The program takes two years of college credit from an accredited institution and two years of coursework in OILS to earn a B.S.. The OILS B.S. Program offers students the flexibility of learning with an accelerated program and online courses.

Ashland University's MBA program is designed to provide flexibility in terms of curriculum, learning style, and pace through the program. The curriculum is structured into a series of 30 credit hours, at minimum. For accelerated program options, the courses are completed over 6 sessions that span just under 12 months.
