Yolonda Sanders holds two bachelor’s degrees, a master’s degree, and is currently completing her Ph.D. in organizational leadership. At Ashland University, she serves as the director of the bachelor of organizational leadership and training and development programs and a professional instructor. Outside of Ashland University, Yolonda serves in leadership as the CEO of Yo Productions, LLC, co-founder of the Faith & Fellowship Book Festival, and a consultant and/or board member of various local and national organizations. Yolonda is passionate about ensuring that her work and organizational memberships are purposeful. A published author, writing is one of her favorite pastimes. Her writing portfolio includes academic papers, novels, short stories, poems, and other creative works. On a personal level, Yolonda treasures her relationships with family and close friends. She is blessed to be the wife of a wonderful husband, mother of two talented young adults, "Nini" to her adorable grandchildren, and dog mom to a spoiled miniature pinscher.
