The Master of Human Resource Development (MHRD) degree is designed for in-career professionals working in business, industry, government, and non-profit organizations. This fully online program consists of 12 courses which can be completed in 2 years. Students take 2 courses, Fall, Spring and Summer semesters. Taught by both practitioners and academicians, this unique program provides working professionals with an opportunity to earn an advanced degree from a highly respected institution that is at the forefront of the profession. As part of their coursework, students will prepare projects which they may use to apply the knowledge they learning the classroom to their work. There is an option to concentrate in intercollegiate Athletic Leadership (AL) for those who wish to advance their standing within the intercollegiate AL profession.
