We explore the human element of how organizations run. We research the dynamics between employees in an organizational context, and how knowledge is created and shared both formally and informally.
HRD practitioners are prepared to design training and development programs, identify system and business process needs, forecast necessary staffing changes, and improve employee engagement and performance.
The Master of Learning and Talent Development is an online and asynchronous master program designed for professionals who want to advance their careers in the field of learning and development in the workplace and need a flexible structure to accommodate education, work, and other personal life demands. It is possible to remain fully employed while completing the requirements for this degree.
