The Master of Science in Training and Talent Development (TTD) prepares professionals to successfully lead workplace learning, performance, and change at the individual, group, and organizational levels regardless of sector or industry. The custom instruction (CI) courses in the TTD program are delivered asynchronously online, allowing for greater flexibility to meet working adults' personal and professional lifestyles. The program also has an engaged Program Advisory Committee that provides valuable insight and guidance to influence the future direction of the curriculum and, ultimately, the talent development capabilities of the students who graduate from the program.
The Organizational Development and Conculting Certificate (ODCC) is designed to enhance your consulting abilities and increase your value as a strategic partner to drive positive change within organizations. The nine-credit ODCC combines theory and practical application to develop a comprehensive understanding of organizational development principles, strategies, and essential internal/external consulting skills. The target audience for the Strategic Leadership in Talent Development Certificate is anyone involved in training and/or talent/human resource development, with an undergraduate degree, and is interested in learning more about effective leadership techniques, building collaboration skills, and managing change to improve organizational performance.
